ランチのフルコースを頂きました(^^)
はじめの小さなお楽しみは、豚のクロスティーニ、お花も添えられていて、豚のパテは全く癖が無くて美味しくて楽しい感じがした。アンティパスト(前菜盛り合わせ)は、柚子とビーツのサラダ、ワカサギの南蛮漬け、メカジキのトマトソース、ワカサギは柔らかくて酢漬けの加減も最高、メカジキはソースとの相性抜群、アンティパストとしては、本当に最高の一皿
プリモピアット(パスタ)は、パンチェッタと茸とパルミジャーノのソースが三位一体で、タリアテッレの茹で加減も最高でした。ソースはパンで最後まで美味しく頂きました(^^)
ペッシェ(魚料理)は寒鰤の備長炭グリル、寒鰤は柔らかく皮目の身が特に美味しかった。蝦夷山葵のソースも寒鰤を引き立ててました。そしてメインは熟成牛ランブ、ポルトガル赤ワインのソースと柚子ソースで頂きました。火入れが最高でまさに熟成牛を最大に活かしてました。ドルチェは、コーヒーのジェラートが甘さ控えめの大人の味で、良かったです。
席も掘り炬燵でゆったりでき、至福の時間でした。お箸も最初から用意されていて、細かな心遣いもありました。すっかりファンになり、また是非行きたいです(^^)ご馳走様でした
