北新地の「焼鳥 市松」にOMAKASEから予約。
仕事休みをとって行っちゃいました~♪
なんたってミシュラン1つ星、食べログのブロンズ、百名店。おまかせコースのみの竹田シェフのお店。
16時、18時半、21時スタートの3部制。
16時10分前着。16時5分前にのれんがかかった。
Lカウンター9席、半個室6人席。
焼き台のよく見えるカウンターの端っこ席へ♪
足元に荷物かごあり、上着は預けました。
ペアリングのコースもありましたが、そんなにお酒が強くないのでdrinkは単品で。
スーパードライを前に、我慢できずゴクリ。
隣の若い男性2人組もそんなこと言ってました。
一斉スタートで1人5分遅れだったのでちょい待つ。
なんと、私と隣の男性達以外、カウンターも個室も皆海外の人!
それでも接客対応の若い男性スタッフ流暢な英語で対応。しかも留学経験無しと言うから脱帽。

最初の一皿はなんと豆腐のような食感のリコッタチーズのおでん。これがなんとも言えず旨い。
そして皮つきせせりの皮の旨いことといったら!
悶絶しましたね。
鶏ももの生ハムもずっと食べたいくらい美味しい。
パテのサンドも手渡されたとき驚いたけど美味。
肝も滑らかジューシーで臭みなど一切無し。
だし巻き玉子は私だけ提供が少し遅れたのもあってか大きめにカットしてくれました♪
たまごくらぶの私としては嬉しすぎる美味しさ。
スープもどちらもすごかった。旨味がギュッ!
カレーにゅうめんもお揚げまでが旨い。
コース以外に追加もできるそうで、隣の男性達はいくつか注文していたが、特にボンジリに絶句していた。
熊本で焼鳥屋を始めるそうで、色々と竹田シェフに質問していたが、その全てに答えていて驚いた。
もちろん同じ時間焼いたって同じ仕上がりにはならないのだろうけど、腰の低い姿勢はすごい。
料理はもちろん、接客や居心地のよさも素晴らしかった。
18時半の部だけは海外から予約ができないようになっているらしいですが、やはり一番人気の時間なので予約はすぐに埋まってしまう。
一休からも予約は可能だけどOMAKASEからが確実なのでおすすめかな。
