12月はお肉の美味しい季節です!
夏の牛肉に比べてよりお肉が引き締まっており、各地で品評会を行うことから、12月は良い店に良いお肉が集まるとのこと!
小池氏が絶賛する「焼肉しみず」に今回はお邪魔しました!
事前に極上限定厚切りタンを予約済み!Tablecheckからお肉は予約可能です!
キッチンは一人のみで、注文が入ってから捌くらしいです!
煙もくもく系で、たまにドアを開けて換気しておりました。冬の寒い時期、ドアを開けることで少し寒いです…
また店員さんと会話することをおすすめします!
