ぷらっと、今日のランチは浅草周辺を散策。
東京メトロ銀座線で浅草方面の先頭車両に乗り・・・、
浅草駅を降りて、進行方向先頭の改札口を出る・・・。
改札口を出て、左方向へ、昔ながらの商店街？がある。
焼きそば屋さんを左に見ながら、少し歩くと出口６ヘ、
出口６を出て、新仲通りに出るので、まずは左折して、
しばらく歩く、２本目の十字路が仲見世商店街だが、
仲見世商店街は越えて、次の十字路を右折して直進。
突き当りＴ字路の伝法院通りを左折、浅草６区方面へ、
しばらく直進、変形５差路にでるので左前方の道へ、
この道を進むと右手に『ヨシカミ』さんの看板が・・、
本日、お邪魔した『ヨシカミ 浅草店』さんがある。
『ヨシカミ』さんは昭和２６年（１９５１年）に、
１０席のオープンカウンター式の店として誕生。
今の建物は、昭和３５年（１９６０年）に建てられた。
入口にある、コックのマークとキャッチコピーの
「旨すぎて申し訳ないス！」もこの頃に作られたと聞いたことがある。
平日の１２時０５分。
今日は、待たずに入店ができた。
入口入って一番奥のカウンター席に案内され、カウンター席に向かうまでに店内を見廻すと、店内はほゞほゞ満席状態である。
カウンターの席に座って、メニューを確認。

メニューが豊富で悩んでしまう。
『ヨシカミ』さんといえば、人気料理は「ステーキ」と「ビーフシチュー」、そして一日限定５０食の名物料理の「ハヤシライス」である。
この３択から選ぼう！と思い考える。
お腹はかなりすいているので、目の前にいたコックさんに「ビーフシチュー」と「ライス」と「ハヤシライス」を発注。
待つこと５分。
「ビーフシチュー」と「ライス」と「ハヤシライス」が提供された。
こんなにお客さまが入っているのに提供が早い。
厨房の中のコックさんがたくさんいるなぁ？
コックさんの動きを見ていると見事な分業制で、
ドンドン料理を仕上げていく。
カウンター席は、このライブ感が楽しい。
「ハヤシライス」は、デミグラスソースに牛肉、タマネギ、マッシュルーム、タケノコが入っていて美味い。
この牛肉は、ステーキ肉の切り落しなので、ステーキの注文が少ないと作れない逸品で、牛肉が柔らかくスプーンでほぐれるほどである。
タケノコは「ハヤシライス」の具材の中でも、特別な食感でアクセントになって旨い。
「ビーフシチュー」は、デミグラスソースに牛肉、マッシュルーム、ポテト、ニンジン、インゲンが入っている。
「ビーフシチュー」をひと口。
濃厚なデミグラスの味に、具材からでる脂や旨味が口の中に広がる。
こちらも牛肉が柔らかくスプーンでほぐれるほどである。
やはり、この「ビーフシチュー」は「ライス」に良く合い「ライス」が進み、全てを完食。
本日は、『ヨシカミ』さん自慢のデミグラスソースをたっぷり使った料理を堪能したＱちゃんでした。
