日比谷ミッドタウンの3階にある、なんばさんに初めて伺う事が出来ました。
温度管理を大切にし、シャリとネタの繊細な味わいが楽しめる、鮨を食べるならここ!と言う人が多数の名店。
その日はカウンターに8名でお任せコースがスタートしました。

濃厚な味わいのイクラ、透き通った少し甘めの出汁のキンキの煮付けは美味しかったですね♫

『まだまだ小さいですけどね』と大将が言うも、かなりの大星の小柱は歯応えがあり旨い!
ネタによりシャリの温度、大きさなどを微妙に変化させています。勿論、その違いを全て判るべくもありませんが、口に入れ、噛みほどく時のシャリとネタの一体感が旨味と優しい味わいを醸し出しています。

薄切りながら味わい濃厚な鮑も美味しい。唐津の赤雲丹は豊洲を通さず産地直での仕入れとの事。なんばさんでしか食べられない味です。
当たり前ながらシャリとネタのバランスがいい、優しい味のお鮨でした。難波大将が言われている通り、雑味が無いので幾らでも食べることができそうです♫
一貫一貫考え抜かれた繊細な味わいの旨い鮨でした!
中々伺う事は出来ませんが、又このお鮨を食べることが出来る事を楽しみに!ご馳走様でした!
