大門駅から程近い、黒壁の建物にあるくろぎさんに初訪問です。エレベーターで2階に上がるとL字型8名のカウンター。昼の時間なので明るく気持ちいい空間です♫
温かいお茶と共にお酒を頼むと、今日の食材の間人蟹、虎河豚白子、松坂牛など豪華食材が披露されました。

初めてお目にかかりましたがそのはず、450本の限定品の様です。軽やかでフルーティな香りで美味しい♫

『立春大吉』と書かれた札があしらわれた八寸は一品一品、しっかりとした味付けで美味しい。
優しい味わいの穴子蕪蒸しから続いてじっくり焼き上げた近江牛の炭火焼き。
噛む程に旨さが染み出しますね。
八寸からは磯自慢の純米吟醸。スッキリとした甘みさえ渡る、やはりこれも旨い酒です♫

〆は白子をたっぷり混ぜた御飯に旨そうに焼かれた白子を乗せて。この濃厚さ。
牛蒡と鴨の炊き込みご飯はサッパリとした上品な美味しさ。お土産を家で食べも最高に旨かったです。
デザートのかき氷と水出しアイスコーヒーのまで寸分の隙無く振る舞われた、豪華食材を使った繊細な料理の数々。
カウンター和食の極みと言える贅沢な空間です。
その日はご一緒した方の誕生日でしたが消灯とケーキをもってお祝いをしてくれました♫
頻繁には来れませんが、特別な日にはバッチリですね。
