誕生日のお祝いに2人で予約して訪問。予約は必須のようです。18時から、カウンター7席で、一斉に、コースが始まりました。
初めに、シェフから本日のコースで使う各料理の食材のペーパーが配られ、説明がありました。コースが開始となりましたが、供される料理の前にシェフから説明があり、料理が配られます。どの料理も、供される度に、カウンター席から、ため息や感嘆の声があがります。味、使っている食材、見た目や盛り付けの妙、芸術的で、高級イタリアンを満喫できます。詳細は、写真をご覧ください。シェフが料理なさる姿は、目の前でライブで見れます。
飲み物も充実しており、グラスワインを頼めば、その都度、4,5本目の前にボトルを並べてもらえ、好みのワインを選ばせてもらえます。私はビールやハイボールにしましたが。
写真は撮影し忘れましたが、焼き立てフォッカチャともう一種類のパンも供されましたが、本当に美味しいパンでした。
デザート、最後の焼き立てフィナンシェに至るまで、素晴らしい料理の数々でした。まさに、記念日などに相応しいお店です。コースは、約3時間ほどでした。お土産に、フォッカチャ入りの袋を1人1人にいただきました。
