ここはただの天ぷら店ではありません。
今まで食べていた天ぷらとは全く違いました。
さいまきは途中何度も出てきてとても嬉しいです。
どれも絶品でしたが、鮑の天ぷらにウニを乗せた料理は想像の斜め上でした。
〆の天茶はなんとも上品で、さいまき海老がこれでもかというほど入っています。
そして極め付けは自家製のデザートです。
3種類から選べたのですが、「小豆ミルク最中」にしました。
これまた絶品です。友人が食べていた黒蜜きなこのバニラアイスもとても美味しそうでした。

2013-2018年までミシュラン一つ星のお店ということでした。やっぱり…。格別でしたからね…。
現在銀座にある、「由松」という店が京星の総本店で、はせ川のご主人はこの直系店で長く修行してたんだとか。京都ではないんですね。勉強になりました。
