名物1番人気が、特製四川風麻婆豆腐。熱々の状態ど登場。麻婆豆腐は程よい辛さで、辛さが後からくる。ビールがつい進むとろっとした餡とごはんとの相性も抜群。
海老カダイフ揚げは、毛沢東スパイスたっぷりでテーブルに届いた瞬間から。カダイフのパリパリ感と大きなぷりぷの海老がよく合う。毛沢東スパイスで辛味もアップ。
