函館旅シリーズ。
人気の魚さんこの予約が取れず、困っていたところ、食べログの口コミでこちらが系列のお店ということを発見。さらに不思議なことに、函館の地の魚を中心とした居酒屋の筈なのに何故か「お好み焼き」食べログ百名店。
これは店主が大阪のお好み焼きの名店「富沙屋」のとんとん焼に惚れ込み、伝授されたということのようです。ということで、函館の活イカや北海道のザンギなど、観光客に嬉しいラインナップに加えて、粉抜きで山芋ベースのお好み焼き「とんとん焼」まで食せる名店でしたー。
活イカ刺は、さばく前の生きたイカを見せてくれます。捌かれた後は、見に加えてゴロ(内蔵)や心臓に加え、目玉まで提供してくれます。目玉は初めて食べましたが、ボンボンゼリーのような感じで、噛むと中からジュワッと水分が溢れ出てきます。貴重な体験でした。締めはサービスであら汁を提供してくれます。スタッフの方も皆さんフレンドリーで旅の良い思い出になりました。
