本日は長堀橋にある、
橋本屋さんにて、
「チキンカレー芳醇」を頂きました。
平日のお昼〜
GWのお休みを利用して平日のお昼しか
訪問できないカレーの名店に訪問です♪
こちらのお店は百名店でも無いのに
かなりの高評価！
先輩レビュアーさんのコメントを参考に

挽きたてのスパイスと鶏、野菜の旨み
で作られたコクのある、spicyなスープ
20種類のスパイスとハーブを
注文を受けてから挽いていくので
スンとした鼻を抜けるようなスパイス感
が心地良い♪
スパイス感を残さない、
鶏と野菜のコクのある味わいや
お肉の甘み、トマトの酸味が絶妙な点が
普通のスパイスカレーと
一線を画しています^ ^

国産のアロマティックライスと
ヒノヒカリのblend米､､､
鶏油、スパイス、玉葱を加えて
炊き上げられているので、
spicyな風味が素晴らしい！
◇◇◇◇トッピング達
ライスに玉葱のピクルス、
ルゥの中にチキン、トマト、温玉､､､
チキンのお肉はスパイスに染まる事なく
肉の旨みを感じさせる仕上がり♪
最後に少量のルゥを残して、
温玉を割り、投入したライスと
混ぜ合わせるとまろやかな〆ご飯が
とても美味しい♪
程なく完食。全てにおいて妥協ない
拘りの調理に脱帽です^ ^
