コストパフォーマンスが素晴らしく、気軽な雰囲気なのに、絶品の創作中華がたべられる大好きなお店。
ホテル中華に全く劣ることのない(というか、こっちの方が好きだったりする)お料理の数々。

コースの内容はオーソドックスなものから創作的なものまで色々楽しめるところが嬉しい。
前菜6種はクラゲ、蒸し鶏、つぶ貝、ピータン豆腐、エビの山椒、タコ。
どれも良い。特にタコ。
海老コロッケのピータンタルタルは食感も良くて好み。
鮑もとても美味しかったし、ホタテも良かったな。
そしてこちらの〆の麺は毎回違うが毎回必ずおいしい。
今回の担々麺も絶品!
専門店よりもおいしいんじゃないかな。
