銀座駅からすぐの鉄板焼き。
店内は綺麗で暗めでオシャレな雰囲気。カウンターの目の前の鉄板で、お話しながら焼いてくれる。
近江牛の刺身から始まり、前菜盛合せ、伊勢海老、山科スライダー(ミニハンバーガー)、トマトの口替り、近江牛のステーキ、焼野菜、ガーリックライスと味噌汁、そして別室に移動してのデザート。
一言で言うと最高でした。
特に印象的だったのは3つ。
・伊勢海老。プリプリの身をたっぷりのトリュフとパスタと一緒に食べるとたまらない。
・山科スライダー。肉二枚重ねで、めちゃくちゃ肉の旨みが強かった。さすが名物という美味さ。
・近江牛のステーキ。とても柔らかくジューシーで、白茄子等の焼野菜と一緒に食べるともう最高。
お料理の量もちょうどよく、ワインも美味しく、店員さんの対応も素晴らしかった。
