2階のカウンター席に座らせていただきました。今回も酒巻社長のおすすめコースです。よく冷えた瓶ビールで晩酌スタートです。お通しのガツと玉ねぎ和えから始まりました。玉ねぎとガツの食感がよくあっていてビールがすすむ味でした。串焼きはこの店の名物の豚レバーは半生焼きでふわっとした食感でおいしかったです。豚の上シロはタレの味と湯葉のような食感がいいです。豚のこめかみとあごは食感がおもしろかったです。つくねは肉厚めで食べ応え抜群、この店発祥のピーマン肉づめはつくねと同じ肉を使用していてピーマンの苦味と食感によくあっていておいしかったです。この店の肉刺身はねっとりとした食感で肉だけでなく牛と豚のいろいろなもつが食べられます。甘醤油や出汁ポン酢や玉子入りなどいろいろな味が楽しめました。今回手羽先焼きが出てきました。この店に来店してはじめて鳥料理がでましたがおいしくいただきました。そして和牛ステーキは何度も炭火で炙っていて旨みが凝縮されていて食感も柔らかくてあいかわらずのおいしかったです。今回は牛すき焼きで長ねぎと玉子とからめて食べると旨みが口の中に旨みが広がっておいしかったです。キャビアの海苔巻きごはんはキャビアの塩味が海苔とよくあっていておいしかったです。締めに出てきたにゅうめんはすっぽんと鳥だしや他の味わいが複雑でクセになる味でした。それと今回はカレーごはんもいただきました。豆乳にカレーを混ぜて作られておりおいしかったです。デザートとして塩アイスを注文しました。最初はアイスクリームだけを食べて途中でレモン汁をかけて食べるとチーズケーキの味がしました。これも実際に食べてみないとわかりません。お腹いっぱいになりました。酒巻社長からまた手土産をもらいました。楽しい夜でした。
