YouTubeで紹介されていたのを見て、ずっと行きたいなぁと思ってました。

鐘崎のとらふぐのてっさ
おこぜのキモのせ
40キロ級のとらふぐだそうで、白身でありながらしっかりと旨味を感じます。とらふぐ皮の湯引きにおこぜの肝を乗せるなんて痺れますね(*^_^*)
ふぐとたけのこの唐揚げ
紫人参と空豆添え
先ほどのふぐを唐揚げにした一品。身がふっくらでありながら噛めば噛むほど美味しい。ふぐってこんなに美味しいのね…。
宇部の赤貝 ほおずきトマト
絶対に食べたかった赤貝。良質な昆布を食べてるので身もすっごい昆布の味を感じます。本当に美味しい。
これを食べに来たと言っても過言ではありません。
添えてあるほおずきトマトが赤貝に負けずと美味い。
大変貴重なもので青果さんと強い信頼がなければ入ってこないと思われます。トマトというより柑橘系寄りのトマトかな。
馬刺し
全く臭みのない馬刺し。これは本当に美味しかった。

ご主人のお寿司に対する姿勢が実直で素晴らしくずっと見ていられます。
