牛タンは看板メニューで、外はカリッとしていて中は柔らかく、とても美味しかったです。セット全体を食べるとしっかり満腹感もあります。小鉢やスープもどれも良く、人気店ですが食事の時間帯を外せば並ばずに入れます。 The beef tongue is their signature dish — crispy on the outside yet tender inside, and really delicious. The full set is quite filling, and the side dishes and soup are also very good. It’s a well-known popular spot, but if you go outside peak hours, you don’t have to wait in line.

みそかつ美味しくいただきました。1人でも行きやすいので、ありがたいんです。place is nice, easy to access even for just 1 person. It was a nice experience.

下関の名物で、熱々の瓦の上で焼かれていて、麺も香ばしくカリッとしていました。香りもとても良かったです。一人だと量が多くて食べきれないと思うので、何人かでシェアするのがおすすめです。 It’s a local specialty served on a hot tile, with the noodles grilled until crispy and fragrant. The aroma was really nice. The portion is quite large, so it might be hard to finish alone — it’s better to share with a few people.
