今月は菊をあしらったものが多く、上品な味と素材の良さを堪能させていただきました。
飯田の名店、柚木元さんや松川さんのエピソードを大将から伺えたり日本料理界をリードする料理人の方々のあくなき探究心に頭が下がる、有意義な会でした。
