元々食べるのが好きで、プライベート・仕事・付き合いなどで外食の機会が多め。
せっかくなら訪問した店を整理しようと、2023年から本格的にレビュー開始！

行く店が偏りがちで、店や常連さんに身バレするスタイル

好きなジャンル
✅ 鮨 → 圧倒的1位！
✅ 鰻 → 大好物！
✅ 焼肉 → かなり好き！
✅ラーメン→めちゃくちゃ好き
✅ ジャンクフード → めっちゃ好き
✅ 子連れOKで大人も満足できる店を絶賛開拓中！

⚠ 鮨を食べすぎて魚卵とエビがアレルギーに…笑

評価について
あくまで素人目線の評価ですが、味・サービス・価格（支払い時の満足度）＋α で3.0〜4.0の範囲を基本に採点。

評価の基準
4.1以上 → そのジャンル最高峰！
2.9以下 → 何かしら悪いインパクトがあり、二度と行かない店のみ。
（※ただし、よほどでない限り2.9以下の評価や酷評レビューはアップしません。）

一定の価格帯(特に客単価万単位)を超えた店は旨くて当たり前なので、基本的に高評価です。
※2025.7月〜評価基準を少し甘くしました

低評価は、サービス、居心地等、他の部分を中心に評価させて貰ってます。客に食べさせてあげてると言う上から目線はギリギリOKだけど、度がすぎる上から目線はNG。「俺に言わせればあんな店ね」系の同業の批判をする店は苦手、、、っと言うか嫌い。

I’ve always loved eating out—whether for fun, work, or social occasions.
Since I dine out so often, I started writing proper reviews on Tabelog in 2023 to keep track of everything.

I tend to revisit favorite spots, so yes, some places (and regulars) recognize me.

What I Love to Eat
✅ Sushi → Absolutely No.1!
✅ Unagi (eel) → Huge favorite.
✅ Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) → Love it.
✅ Ramen → Can’t get enough.
✅ Junk food → Guilty pleasure.
✅ Family-friendly spots where adults can also enjoy → Always on the lookout!

⚠ Ate too much sushi… ended up allergic to fish roe & shrimp.

About My Ratings
I’m just a food enthusiast, so ratings are from a non-professional perspective.
Scores are based on taste, service, price (value for money), and overall vibe—mostly between 3.0–4.0.

Scale
⭐ 4.1+ → Top of the category, the very best.
⭐ 2.9 or lower → Something seriously off; won’t return.
(But I rarely post reviews that are extremely negative.)

For high-end places (esp. with bills in the tens of thousands of yen), good food is expected, so they naturally get high scores.
※ Since July 2025, I’ve slightly relaxed my scoring standards.

Lower ratings usually reflect service or atmosphere.
“Serving food as if doing customers a favor” is borderline acceptable, but anything more arrogant is a dealbreaker.
I dislike restaurants that put down others with lines like, “If you ask me, that place is nothing.”

Depending on the situation, I may revise ratings up or down.
