明るく清潔感のある店内は、障子や土壁を用いた上品な和空間。
和のインスト音楽が流れる落ち着いた雰囲気で、接待や記念日にも最適。
U字カウンターを中心に個室が2部屋。
焼き場や炉端、生簀も備え、ライブ感のある造り。
今回は『匠 炉の鳥コース』をいただきました。
丹波黒鳥の焼鳥をはじめ、生簀から出したての伊勢海老や蛸、キンキを使った焼き物やお刺身など、豪華食材が並ぶ贅沢な内容。
さらに、河豚の七輪焼きやお鍋といった一品料理も揃い、鮮度抜群の素材を惜しみなく堪能できます。
目の前で紹介される活きの良い食材に心が躍り、カウンターでは炭炙りや焼鳥、原始焼きがライブ感たっぷりに仕上げられます。
七輪焼きやお鍋など、自分で火入れを楽しめる料理もあり、五感で味わう体感型の和食コース。
