クローザーの肝は言わずもがな、プリプリトロトロで大満足でした。絶対にビールに合う、、瓶ビは一番搾りだ、、間違いない。
締めの霜降り地鶏のスープ茶漬けは必食。レアのささみに地鶏スープを目の前でかけてもらえる。優しく癖になるお味で口をスッキリさせてくれます。
カウンターで食べているとオープンキッチンのライブ感と食べるペースに合わせたスピードで提供してくれるのが心地よいのでオススメ。奥にもテーブル席が二つあり、一人当たり7150円で地鶏鍋のコース料理も可能とのこと。家の近くで焼き鳥おすすめは?と聞かれたら間違いなく抑えたい焼き鳥屋さんです。
