スッキリシャルドネ
マスカットっぽい香り

じっくり焼いて中はレア気味
全然パサつかない

蜂蜜感ないシャルドネ
バター感はある
アカの甘みが補って
樽系のシャルドネが味わいふくよかになって
完成されていた
4杯目 オレンジワイン
香りトロピカルで
リースリングだから飲むとミネラル感
合わせるのは
ごま油の砂肝
嗅覚刺激して
ワインの香りを立たせる
砂肝食べる前と後で香りの印象違かった
5杯目
色合いとのギャップ
複雑でアーシー
しいたけ
めちゃくちゃジューシー
アーシーな赤ワインと相性良し
鼻に抜ける香りがいい
信玄どり肝
肝とワイン
焼きはじっくり焼く系で
単体は美味しいが
タンニンと合わさった時の
あの感じは苦手かも

で美味しいって感じ出す時が来るのかも
6杯目ナチュール系
エロい香りする
ペアリングって所は感じなかったが
個人的には1番好きでした
