食べに行きたくて仕方なかった大笑さん、ようやく初訪問。住宅地にポツンと現れる落ち着いた玄関に心躍ります。
サッポロ赤星からスタート。まずおつまみを4種から選びますが、その4種が酒呑の心を奪います。沖縄もずくそうめん、群馬産黒枝豆、水茄子刺、フルーツトマト。旬の水茄子をチョイス。みずみずしい水茄子に鰹節、醤油ちょい付けで夏を感じます。
続いて鶏料理、ここから食べる度に感動のため息が連発します。
まず鶏刺し3種。砂肝、レバ、ハツの刺身、特にレバ刺しはごま油を少しつけて一口、甘くて一瞬でとろけてしまいます。同じく生でレバニラユッケ。レバ好きにはたまりません。
きんかん卵の醤油漬け。黄金に輝く卵黄を韓国海苔に乗せて一気に口の中へ。パチン!と弾けた瞬間にコク味たっぷりの卵黄が溢れ出します。おしゃべり厳禁!
ここから焼鳥ゾーン。
もも、せせり、皮、いずれも火の入り方が絶妙!表面のパリパリ感ほどほどに肉の旨みが凝縮してます。ヤバいのはレバ。串を持った瞬間に間違いない美味しさ確定。フルフルしたレバは大好きなレア状態。あっという間にとろけて無くなります。
名物ちょうちん、これもきんかんが口の中でプチン!と弾け、最後の卵管まで弾力と旨みの塊。日本酒にも合いますが白米に乗せたい気持ちもメラメラ。
初めて食べたのは鶏の白子!これは今まで見たことも食べたこともありませんでした。フグやタラほどのクリーミィさはありませんが、旨みの塊です。
変わり種ではトマトベーコンチーズにタバスコをかけて楽しむ串。これも火の入れ方が絶妙で弾けるトマトの甘いこと!
日本酒も3杯楽しんでお腹もいっぱい。驚きはこの美味しい料理をたらふく食べたのにお会計5500円!驚きのコスパ。
リピ間違いなし!間違いなく今までの焼鳥人生の中の最高得点です。
