知り合いからおすすめされたお店だったので金沢旅行に行った際のランチで利用させていただきました
場所は、香林坊、片町を抜けて犀川を渡った西茶屋街のほど近くにあります 住宅街の一角にある一軒家の雰囲気のよいお店です 年始からちょい経ったタイミングということもあり周辺は人もまばらでした
店内に入るとお昼ですがほどよい照明です
カウンター10席ですが、ほぼ満席でした
コースということで何が出てくるかを楽しみに待ちながらいただきました
まず最初は白子です 酸味と上に乗ってる金時草でまずはお口の中がスッキリしました
その後何品かはつまみです 辛口の日本酒(手取川)と一緒にいただきました
で、いよいよ握りです 一品目のイカと一緒に出てきたのはあまり得意ではない大葉だったのですが、意外と大丈夫でした その後は白身系が続きます 塩で食べる真鯛も美味しかったですし、さわら(炙り)、ヒラメ(昆布〆)、ブリ、など旬の素材で美味しかったです 甘エビも卵や味噌が乗っていて濃厚&プリプリで美味しかったです で、その後に食べたタラのカニソースがけが今まで食べたことない感じでとても美味しかったです お鮨というジャンルではないかもしれませんが、リゾットのようでした
昼ということもありお酒は控えめにしましたが、どれも美味しくいただきました
お昼のコースはこのボリュームで7,000円ということでコスパはよいと思います 欲を言えば、がす海老、ばい貝、香箱ガニ、のどぐろ、などの金沢ならではのネタも食べたかったなあ、と 時期や仕入れの問題もあるので仕方ないですね
お店は店主の方とそのお母様でしょうか、お二人でやられていましたが、丁寧な接客ぶりでした(接客⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎) 金沢はやはり接客含めていい人が多いですねー
