山形県は酒田市に本店があるこちらのお店。以前に一度訪問したことがありますが、今回改めて訪問させていただきました お店は麹町駅の地上に出て1、2分ですが、ビルの1階の奥にあるためなかなかパッと入る感じではないかもしれません お店は靴を脱ぐスタイルですが、座敷とカウンターが両方あり今回はカウンターでした 靴を脱いでカウンターってちょっと不思議な気分ですね
今回いただいたものはすべてお任せでしたが、まずはつまみです
①うるいの和え物
②鱈の白子
③刺身盛り合わせ(あじ、赤身、中トロ、甘エビ、西バイ貝、鯛)
④ノドグロの焼物
うるいも含めてほぼすべてが山形の地物です
白子はまったく臭みがなく甘味がありました そのまま食べても塩をつけてもポン酢をつけても美味しく色々楽しめます
刺身は、酒田の食べ方としてアジはネギとタレが混ざったものと一緒にいただきます コレがまた抜群に美味しいです 西バイ貝は金沢のバイ貝の仲間でしょうか コリコリした食感が良いです 赤身と中トロ、鯛も言うことない美味しさです
ノドグロは白身特有の上品さと適度な脂で美味しいです 日本酒との相性はバッチリでした

お鮨もほとんどが山形の地物、素晴らしいです
特に美味しかったのは、春子鯛(皮も美味しい)、大トロすき身乗せ(すき身は中落ちみたいなやつ)、さより(今まで食べたさよりで1番美味しかったかも)、とり貝(ボイルでなく生は珍しいが、食感がよい)、ウニ(ミョウバンなし、形は崩れやすいが甘味があって抜群)、スミイカ(歯ごたえがよい)

瓶ビールからスタートして、食事に合わせて、キレが良いもの、コクがあって豊潤なもの、色々いただきました すべて冷酒でいただきましたが、どれも美味しかったです
〆でもうそう汁(山形の孟宗という竹の子を使った郷土料理)をいただき、最後にほうじ茶アイスでスッキリして終了です
東京にいながら山形に旅行に行ったような気分になりました お店もキレイで活気もあり、接客も完璧でした(接客⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎) 出てくる料理について産地や季節感、調理法なども説明いただき色々と勉強になりました 郷土を大切にする素敵なお店、また再訪したいと思います その前に山形(酒田)に旅行に行くかもしれません(笑)
