"Openrice" accepts English and Cantonese version of food review. Not sure why they don't accept English version of my review;they say I need to write in Japanese language otherwise they say they are entitled to delete my post. I felt threatened. Isn't it such an outdated rule that I need to write in Japanese language. That's why I had to add some Japanese version here.
[Review] Since this cozy tiny cafe is operated by a gentle and polite guy, it takes quite a while to take an order and serve everything on the table. These points could be a disadvantage for a cafe but the food and the ambience make up for it. I loved the smooth and decadent chocolate flavoured cheese cake. Also the organic green tea from Kyushu region was excellent; it tasted different each time when the owner poured hot water into a glassware pot.

外観は昭和か平成初期の素朴感ある小さなお店という印象です。一歩入ると、静かな声で話す人々がお客様がたなのでこちらも緊張します。
店主が優しい笑顔出迎えてくれるお店です。恐らく週末や平日のお昼は満席になるのが早いでしょう。テイクアウトが可能な焼き菓子もありました。
1煎目~3煎まで楽しめる味わい深い日本茶、おすすめです。店主にお伝えするのを躊躇わず、お湯をお願いしてください。最後まで淹れてあげないと、美味な貴重な茶葉を無駄にしてしまうから。
濃厚なバスクチーズケーキも美味しく頂けました。
お一人で接客や準備をされているため、各テーブルに対する応対には時間がかかります。
せっかちだったり、お急ぎのかたには向いていない喫茶店です。心と時間に余裕があるときに来訪をおすすめします。
注意:こちらのお店は頼んだ日本茶には必ず、3度お湯を足してくださいます。
追伸:本来、緑茶や紅茶もそうすべきなのに日本の喫茶店や殆どのホテルでもポットやティーバッグだろうがなぜか1煎目分しかお湯を淹れてくれない。稀に茶葉はいれずに2杯分だけ抽出したのをいれてくる場合もあるが2杯目は冷えて風味が落ちてしまう気がする。
自宅では茶葉に合わせて時間を計って蒸らして、ポットに入ったお湯を全て出しきれば、再度熱湯を淹れても同じ茶葉で、2ー3度は味わえるのに。
中国や香港なら必ず3度どころかリッツやマンダリン･オリエンタルのような高級ホテルでもドンドンお湯を足してくれます。
