福井県産サーモンの味噌漬けはしっとりとして旨味が濃縮しており、大変美味しかったです。
隣に添えてあるのはへしこです。塩分を抑えるために、酒粕で漬けたそうです。身体が喜ぶ朝食でした。二日酔いも完全に治まりました。
