このお店のために福島を訪問しましたが、わざわざ旅したくなるお鮨屋さんです。新鮮な味わいだけでなく、わさびのツンとした辛味(ネタごとに違いあり)、炙りによる香ばしさ、酢飯の酸味、煮物の甘み、塩とタレ、そして白身のさっぱりした味わいから雲丹や脂身の濃厚な味わいまで、本当に五感がフルに刺激をうけるコースの構成は圧巻でした。ネタとシャリの一体感も素晴らしくお鮨の奥深さに触れる機会となりました。今回はお座敷だったのですが、カウンターで"お鮨とつまみのコース"を戴きに再訪したいです。
