年末の20:00に予約訪問
約2週間前にWeb予約を取りました。
店内は私達だけで、食事の終盤辺りで
更に1組来ましたが落ち着いた雰囲気で
ゆっくりと食事をすることが出来ました。

何を食べても凄く美味しかった…
印象に残ったのを一部だけ挙げると…
【せり】
葉っぱは鰹出汁に入れて
吸い物にしてお口直しに。
根っこは塩で食べるらしいですが
これも美味しくてお出汁が一瞬で
気付いたら無くなっていました…笑
【舞茸】
お皿の上に置かれるかと思ったら
揚げたての舞茸を天つゆの入った器に
直接入れてきたのですが、入れた瞬間に
ジュ~…と音を立てて凄く美味しそう!
見ていて楽しいし味も最高だった!
【ブリ大根】
かぶらとブリが2切れずつ
それぞれ揚げ方や薬味が異なるのですが
それを一緒に食べて口の中でブリ大根が
完成するという内容だったのですが、
これも凄く良かった…発想が好き。
【小エビと野菜の混ぜご飯】
美味しすぎておかわりしまくりです。
おかげで残さず完食しちゃいました笑
後、細かいことですが炊けたご飯を
こちらに見せる時に、大体の場合は
彼の方だけに見せるか私達の中間に置いて
両方が見れるようにすることが多いのですが
彼と私の両方が正面でちゃんと見れるように
1人ずつに見せてくれたのが好印象。
向けられた時、ちょっとビックリした笑

・会話の頻度も程よく食事に集中できた
・接客は丁寧で好印象だった
・味は何を食べても美味しかった
・提供のペースも丁度良かった
・値段もこのレベルにしては安い
私が訪れた時はオープンしてから
まだ約3か月ほどだったのもあり、
レビューがほとんど投稿されておらず
大丈夫かな…と不安だったのですが
いざ食べ始めると大満足でした!
愛媛に訪れたらまた食べたいなぁ…。
