食べるのは面白かったです。
順番も考えられており、
3番目にバルサミコ酢入りのさっぱり鬼おろしと卵黄で、
アイディアに感心しました。
3番目の卵は、季節毎に変更されるそうです。
野菜も季節によって、菜の花や
蓮根など変更されるそうなので
何回訪れても楽しめそうです。
