生ドブロクと美日本酒飲み放題 A Paradise for Sake Lovers
以前より気になっていた日本酒専門店。
飲み放題+食事コースの2.5時間で一人7000円。
まずはビールで乾杯しウォームアップを完了してからドブロクへ。
発酵ありスパークリング。これは危険。飲みやすくどんどん進んでしまう。かなりレベルの高いドブロクと思います。
他の日本酒も有名どころから各地域の地酒約20種類が飲み放題。これも危険。
食事も美味しく刺身も一切れが大きく新鮮。
コスパはかなりいいでしょう。
美味しい日本酒を味わいたいとき、あるいはとりあえず美酒で酔いたいときはおすすめです。
I finally visited this sake-focused restaurant I had been curious about. The 2.5-hour all-you-can-drink and food course was 7,000 yen. After warming up with a beer, I moved on to doburoku—a sparkling, lightly fermented style that was dangerously easy to drink and surprisingly high quality. About 20 varieties of sake, from famous labels to regional brews, were also unlimited—another enjoyable but dangerous combination. The food was excellent as well, with fresh sashimi cut in generous pieces. Overall, the value is outstanding. Highly recommended both for tasting great sake and for simply enjoying a pleasant, tipsy evening.

3月にも予約をしていたが当日発熱でキャンセル、、お店の方にもご迷惑かけました。
今回は体調整えて出陣。二度目の訪問です。週の真ん中でしたがお酒は美味く、やや飲み過ぎ。ただ翌日にはあまり残らず。ドブロクレモンサワーが今回の発見。
I had originally booked in March but had to cancel due to a sudden fever—sorry again to the staff for the inconvenience. This time I made sure to be in good shape and finally returned for my second visit. Even on a weekday, the drinks were excellent and I ended up drinking a bit too much, though I didn’t feel it much the next day. The highlight this time was discovering their doburoku lemon sour.
