When I arrived for a work dinner, I was greeted by an unexpectedly solid, almost mysterious door. After stepping in, we figured out how large this restaurant is. Furthermore, the chef prepared everything right in front of us! We enjoyed a full kaiseki course, and every dish—from the sushi to the horse sashimi pictured—was on another level. I also tried sake from Fukuoka, which paired perfectly and made the evening even more satisfying. A truly memorable dining experience.

そちらを入るとお座敷の個室スペースに案内されるまで結構歩く、広い。案内された部屋では大将が目の前で捌く。ドラマのような空間。
懐石料理を堪能しました。お寿司をはじめとしていずれもレベチな料理の品々。写真は馬刺しです。
日本酒も福岡のお酒を堪能して大満足。
