I revisited Jumbo after a long time, finally making it to the Shirokane location. The meat was classic Jumbo—rich, tender, and unforgettable. The signature Nohara-yaki melted beautifully in the egg, and the Chateaubriand, carefully grilled by the staff, was incredibly soft inside. I ended with Wagyu curry rice topped with the egg soaked in meat juices—perfect. Prices are high, but the satisfaction was higher. And this meal marked my 100th Tabelog review—an ideal place to celebrate the milestone.
久しぶりのジャンボ一味へ。本郷、はなれでジャンボを知り、篠崎本店聖地を巡り、最後に白金店。
やはりお肉はジャンボでした。
ジャンボといえば野原焼き。卵を溶いて待ち受ける。肉がとろける感覚が久しぶり。
そしてシャトーブリオン。店員さんが丁寧に焼いてくれます。しっかり焼き上がっても中は信じられないくらいの柔らかさ。先ほどの卵にも少しつけたり、最高です。
ラストは和牛入りのカレーライスに、肉汁を吸い切った卵をかけノーサイド。
最高の肉会となりました。
白金価格と最近の物価高ではありますが、大満足です。
