家族おすすめの虎屋のカキ氷！なかなか予定が合わず、数年越しでいただくことができました。
お盆休暇の最後の日曜日。比較的空いているとのことでしたが、それでも8組、40分待ち。通していただいたのは個室で、見晴らしも最高。赤坂御所の緑が見応え十分でした。
宇治金時カキ氷(小)、白玉トッピングを注文。小でも十分なサイズ。宇治抹茶の濃い味が上品。最下段に敷き詰められた小豆は、さすが虎屋の一言！！あんこにはうるさい自分ですがこれは確かに価値があります。そして白玉も柔らかくてもちもちな食感。ひと玉66円は安すぎるくらい。
カキ氷、小豆、白玉、ロケーション、眺望、いずれにしても大変満足でした。次はあんみつを是非。
I finally tried my family’s long-recommended kakigori at Toraya after years of missing the chance. I had the small Uji-Kintoki with shiratama. The matcha was rich and refined, and the azuki (red beans) at the bottom was exceptional—exactly the quality you’d expect from Toraya. The soft, chewy shiratama were also excellent. I’d love to come back for the anmitsu next time.
