While waiting, we enjoyed grilled liver — pleasantly bitter and perfectly cooked, a lovely start.
The premium unaju was stunning, the box covered with full of eel. Crisp and fragrant outside, the meat was unbelievably fluffy and tender, with clean, elegant fat and pure umami.
Generous and truly worthy of a special occasion. We would gladly return.

焼きに時間がかかるため、予約をしてから来店。
待っている間に肝焼きを注文。こちらは10分ほど。苦さも程よくしっかりと焼き上がりの肝はウォーミングアップに最適。
そして待ちに待った上鰻重。
重箱を覆い尽くすように敷き詰められたうなぎの存在感に圧倒される！
表面は香ばしく艶やかでありながら、箸を入れた瞬間にほろりとほどける。身は驚くほどふわふわで、信じられないほどやわらかい。脂は澄んでいて軽やか、旨味だけがすっと残ります。
量感も申し分なく、晴れの日の食事としてこれ以上ない満足度。何か特別な機会にはまた訪れたい。
