銀座でこの価格設定は、正直驚きを隠せません。
今回はカウンター席で、全21品の「おまかせコース(9,570円)」を堪能してきました。
一言で言えば、「贅沢の極み」。
一品料理から握りまで、緩急のついた構成に終始ワクワクが止まりませんでした。
特筆すべき逸品たち:
• 極上南鮪食べ比べ(大とろ・中とろ):
口に入れた瞬間、良質な脂がスッと溶けていく感覚。赤酢のシャリとの相性が抜群です。
• 酔いどれ車海老:
香りと甘みが強く、プリッとした食感が絶品。お酒が進む、まさに「酔いどれ」な一皿。
• 焼き河豚&河豚皮茶碗蒸し:
この価格帯で河豚まで楽しめるとは!香ばしい焼き河豚と、ぷるぷるの皮が入った茶碗蒸しで冬の味覚を存分に味わえました。
• いくら軍艦&生雲丹飯:
贅沢の追い打ち。雲丹の濃厚な甘みと、弾けるいくらの塩味がコースのハイライトを飾ります。
全体の感想:
「真蛸旨煮」の柔らかさや、「ズワイ蟹薩摩揚げ」のホクホク感など、一品料理のクオリティも非常に高いです。締めは「煮穴子」と遊び心のある「チーズカステラ」、そして海苔の香り高い「とろたく手巻き」で大満足のフィニッシュ。
デザートの「苺モナカと柿」まで、抜かりないおもてなしを感じました。
銀座のど真ん中で、この内容を1万円以下で楽しめるのは間違いなく「買い」。
デートや大切な友人との食事に、自信を持っておすすめできます。
コースは二ヶ月に一度変わるそうなので、また季節を変えて、旬の魚を味わいに再訪したいと思います。
おまかせコースに加えて、生ビールと日高見と緑川を飲んで、銀座のカウンター鮨で、一人12,000円は価格がバグってます。
