黒板壁に砥草が茂る
趣き深い外観を確認すると
お蕎麦を打つ音が聞こえてきました。
ご常連様から
ご案内は予約時間とお聞きしたので
隣接する前川の畔付近を散策.......
桜が見頃で美しかったです♡
予約時間になり、扉が開くと
随所に季節の生花が生けてあり
暖かく澄んだ空気が広がります。
昭和30年より前の建物は登記がない為
土家さんの建物の生誕年度は不明との事。
ご近所の高齢者の方の話から
120年前頃(明治後期から大正初期)と推定
古い廃屋を、店主さま自ら改装されたそう。
大正期の大正硝子は、今では生産されていないので
窓硝子が当時のままである事は特筆すべき。
硝子が自然に風化し良い意味で
「翳(かげ)り」を感じる効果を実感しました。

何回も聞き返してしまいました(・・;)
人生初の「のらぼう菜胡麻和え」
のらぼう菜とは、天明の大飢饉と天保の大飢饉の際に人々を飢餓から救ったという記録が残るアブラナ科の菜の花の一種だそう。
空間、お料理共に久しぶりに、感動♡

日本人の美意識の根底には、「暗がり」と「翳(かげ)り」がある、谷崎潤一郎氏の「陰翳礼讃」の一節は間違いないと
改めて感じられる時間でした。
