宮城県仙台市の長町の近くにある砂押にひっそり構えているお店。
母がバスで通る度に見かけて気になっているとの事で調べてみると、Googleの口コミが素晴らしく褒めた内容ばかりで、期待度が高まり来店。
家族経営でお父さんと息子さんが調理、お母さんは注文、配膳と家族ならではのコミュニケーションな仕事ぶりが伺えます。
初めての方はおまかせで出してますとお母さんに言われて、おまかせでお願いする事に。
おまかせですが、苦手な物や好きな物をしっかりと聞いてくれます。
料理はすべてとても美味しくて、なおかつ時折お母さんが会話に参入して軽快なトークで和ませてくれます。
Googleの口コミにもお母さんがとてもお話し上手と書いてあったのですが、本当にその通りで、お話し上手に聞き上手!!スッカリ色々な身の上話をしてしまう程でした(笑)
先出しの小鉢やお刺身や天麩羅もとても美味しかったのですが、私は牛のたたきがお気に入りでした。
地域密着型のアットホームなお店としてではなく、遠方から来る方も多いだろうと思うのは、さすがミシュラン獲得店!!
とても素敵なお店だったので、また是非来訪したいと思います。
