料理はどれも洗練された技術が表れていました。
特に斜めに包丁を入れた剣先イカは新食感(◎_◎)!
先付や先吸いは繊細な味付けですし、
強肴、焼き物などは抜群の火入れ。
ドリンクは日本酒メインで種類が豊富。
半合ずつ注文できるサービスも良かったです。
中にはグラス1杯で1万円する十四代RANBIKI2014や
4合瓶で50万円する黒龍無二プレミアムなどの
高級なお酒も取り揃えてあるとのこと。
サービスも抜群に良かったです。
2026年度にまた伺いたいと思います。
(2025年度は大阪万博で混雑するから大阪には行かない)
