素晴らしい焼き鳥、鳥料理。
薪鳥という店名にもあるとおり、薪で時間をかけて焼き上げる。
オープンしてからすぐに予約困難になったこともうなずける。
薪での焼鳥を中心に無菌鶏「高坂鶏」などの鶏料理も堪能!炭との違いは一層ジューシーに仕上がるとのこと。どの料理もクオリティが高く美味。
全体的に薪焼の特徴が非常に強く、現代の焼き鳥ブームとは一線を画すしつこくない味わいが素晴らしいです。
どちらかというと昨今の焼き鳥ブームに乗った人や少し固いお店に行きたくないなと思った人にはオススメしたいです。当たり前ですが、炭とは段違いです。
また次回お伺いしたときに、どのような変化をされていくのかを楽しみにしています。

料理も得意ですが外食派です、仕事がら引きこもりなので強制的に外に出る為にもディナーの予定を日々押さえてます。
今ではディナータイムが1日で1番の至福のお時間。お酒も料理に合わせて飲むのが好きです!ひれ酒、ワイン、日本酒が大好き…♡
