弾力のある全粒粉生地につぶあんと無塩バター。この生地が結構硬くて、、沢山噛むので1つでかなりの満足感。バターとあんこの水分感が生地と混ざりあって、すごく美味しかった。
●キャロットケーキ¥310(7.5☆)
シナモンが効いた生地に大きなクルミやレーズン。酸味のあるクリームチーズのフロスティングがないからか、甘みが強い。フォークで食べていくと、ホロホロとこぼれていく。
平日14時すぎ。品数少なめ。あんバターは最後のひとつ
