ふわふわの生地にたこやあなごなど、地元らしい具材を包み込んだ逸品が味わえるお店です。
あっさりとした関西風の出汁でいただく明石焼は、まさにここでしか食べられない優しい味わい。
店内は木の温もりを感じる落ち着いた空間で、出張や観光の合間にも立ち寄りやすい雰囲気です。

明石焼は「たこ」と「あなご」の2種類を注文しました
出汁にくぐらせていただくスタイルで、ふわっとほどける食感と、優しいお出汁の香りが口いっぱいに広がります。
特にあなご入りはふんわりとした甘さと香ばしさが絶妙で、ここでしか味わえない美味しさでした。
さらにおでんとの相性も抜群で、しみしみの大根やこんにゃくと一緒に楽しむのもおすすめ✨
価格は明石焼8個で700円前後とリーズナブル。
たくさんのメニューがあるので、グループで行ってシェアしながら色々食べるのも楽しいです。
お酒のお供にもぴったりで、特にビールとの相性は最高
