SOKI ATAMIは、熱海の自然を感じるモダン旅館として注目を集めている宿✨
「素の自分に還る時間」をコンセプトに、無添加・無化調・地元食材を使った食体験が魅力。
季節ごとの旬を活かした会席スタイルのコース料理は、宿泊者限定で提供され、贅沢で特別感のあるひとときを演出してくれます。
また、器や空間演出までこだわり抜かれており、まるで“食べる瞑想”のような静けさと感動が味わえるのもポイント
今回は記念日で宿泊し、夜の会席ディナーを堪能しました。
まず驚かされたのは、一皿一皿の美しさと香り。前菜は見た目にも涼やかな盛り付けで、旬の野菜や魚介が繊細に組み合わされ、優しく五感を刺激してきます。
椀物の出汁はふくよかで、香りの立ち方が絶妙。火入れの妙技が光る魚料理は、しっとりとした身と香ばしい皮目の対比が見事でした。
メインは国産牛の炭火焼。脂の甘みと旨味が口いっぱいに広がり、地元の季節野菜との相性も抜群で、思わず会話が止まりました…
ご飯ものも季節の炊き込みご飯で、土鍋で炊かれたおこげが香ばしく、心まで温まる締め。デザートには季節のフルーツを用いた寒天や最中など、和の趣にあふれていて、最後まで余韻が残る構成に。
料理自体は非の打ちどころがない完成度でしたが、個人的にはドリンクの選択肢がもう少し幅広いとより嬉しかったです。ナチュールワインや地酒など、こだわりの一杯とペアリングできたらさらに高揚感が増したかも…！

We stayed here for a special anniversary and enjoyed a seasonal kaiseki dinner, showcasing local ingredients prepared with elegance and precision.
From the fragrant dashi to the tender charcoal-grilled beef and seasonal vegetables, each dish was a delight.
The meal ended with a beautifully presented dessert featuring traditional Japanese flavors.
Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a special celebration.
