SALONE 2007は、横浜・山下町のホテルニューグランド内に位置する、国内外の美食家から支持を集める正統派イタリアン✨毎月変わるアーティスティックなコース料理が話題で、ミシュラン星獲得経験もある名店です。クラシカルな空間と革新的な料理が融合し、まるで“食の劇場”に招かれたかのような体験が楽しめます。特別な日や記念日を彩るのにぴったりのレストランとして、横浜屈指の名店といえるでしょう。
この日は友人の誕生日祝いで訪問「Pranzo Upgrade」というランチコースをいただきました。スタートはA5サーロインのスピエディーノ。濃厚な肉の旨みと、ピュレのまろやかさがマッチして、心を鷲掴みにされる一皿。続くインサラータでは柑橘の爽やかさが前面に出た前菜で、夏らしい軽やかな味わいが印象的。アスパラのズッパはビシソワーズ仕立てで、口当たりなめらか。リゾットは剣先烏賊の旨味とカルデラの深みがあり、絶妙な火入れとともに、香ばしさが広がります。ローストビーフは見事なレア加減で、ソースのバランスも◎。しかし、正直に言うと、ポモドーロのパスタは味がぼやけていて、他の皿に比べてクオリティが落ちた印象が否めませんでした…。メインの完成度が高かっただけに、少し残念
惜しかったのはやはりパスタのクオリティ。ソースの塩味や酸味のバランスがうまく決まっておらず、麺との絡みも弱く、味の一体感に欠けていました。料理全体の完成度が高かったからこそ、その差が際立ってしまいました。
とはいえ、全体を通しては満足度の高いコース構成。特に誕生日や記念日など、特別な瞬間を演出したいときには、間違いなくおすすめできるレストランです☺️月替わりのコースだからこそ、再訪するたびに新たな発見があるのも魅力!次回のパスタには期待を込めて、またぜひ訪れたいと思います✨

SALONE 2007 is a renowned Italian restaurant located in the Hotel New Grand in Yokohama. Known for its monthly changing course menu and artistic plating, it offers a luxurious dining experience with elegant ambiance and innovative cuisine. It’s the perfect place for special occasions.
We visited for a friend’s birthday celebration and had the “Pranzo Upgrade” lunch course. The A5 sirloin skewer was rich and savory, while the citrus-forward salad offered a refreshing contrast. The asparagus soup had a creamy, velvety texture, and the risotto with squid was deeply flavorful. The roast beef was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. However, the tomato pasta was disappointing—it lacked depth and cohesion in flavor, which stood out compared to the excellence of the other dishes.
While the pasta fell short, the overall experience was wonderful. SALONE 2007 is ideal for celebrations and memorable dining, with new surprises in every visit. I’m looking forward to trying their next seasonal menu.
