岐阜県関市 板取にある温泉旅館 湯元 すぎ嶋さんへ行ってきました。
こちらは、川魚を中心に岐阜の郷土色の濃いお食事を楽しめます。
板長さんは、岐阜の名店 高田八祥さんで修行をされただけあって、お料理の一品、一品の完成度が高く、本当に美味しい。
温泉の湯もとろりと柔らかく、山の中で静かにゆっくりくつろぎ、美味しいお料理に舌鼓を打つ。至福の時間を過ごせました。
お昼、日帰り入浴とお食事を楽しむこともできますが、ここは、やはり宿泊されることをおすすめします!
