金山駅から徒歩3分という好立地にある「小皿食堂 一拓」。店名の通り、小皿で少しずつ多彩な料理を楽しめるのが魅力のお店で、今回はかなりの品数を堪能しました。
まず前菜から完成度が高く、ホタテとカブの柚子マリネは爽やかな酸味と甘みのバランスが絶妙。あん肝豆腐の白味噌餡仕立ては、濃厚ながらも上品で、日本酒が欲しくなる一品です。4種盛りはどれも丁寧な味付けで、特に白菜のポタージュは野菜の甘みがしっかり感じられ印象的でした。
メジマグロのヌタやぶり大根など、和の定番料理も一切の妥協がなく、素材の良さと仕事の丁寧さが伝わってきます。タチウオの塩焼きや子持ち鮎の甘露煮は焼き加減・味付けともに秀逸で、魚好きにはたまらない内容。鮑のクリーム春巻は和と洋の融合が面白く、外はサクッと中は濃厚で記憶に残る一皿でした。
肉料理も充実しており、牛ヒレ肉の味噌煮は柔らかく、サーロインのすき焼きは贅沢感たっぷり。芝エビの卵焼きや蛤の蒸し寿司など、最後まで飽きさせない構成でした。
一品一品のクオリティが高く、少しずつ色々食べたい人には理想的なお店。落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくり食事を楽しみたい夜におすすめです。
