月曜日のランチは、15食限定の蟹つけ麺をいただきました。良い！ !!クリーミーでカニの汁がたっぷり入ったスープは、麺で包んでいるので美味しいです！それが賢明です！ For lunch on Monday, I had the crab tsukemen which is limited to 15 meals. good! !! The broth is creamy and rich in crab soup, and it's delicious as it's usually wrapped with noodles! it is advisable!

これは私のお気に入りのラーメン屋です。各段階でシェフの献身と細心の注意を感じてください。さらに、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、 適正価格。サイゴンに来るたびに立ち寄って食事をします。 This is my favorite Japanese noodle shop ever. Feel the dedication and meticulousness of the chef in each stage. and moreover the staff is also very friendly, reasonable price. Every time I come to Saigon, I stop by to eat.

とても美味しいラーメン屋さんでしたが、新型コロナウイルスの影響で街がロックダウンして半年程してロックダウンは解除に成りましたが、未だ営業を始めて居ません。ホーチミン市でもとても美味しいラーメン屋さんなので、このまま終わらずまた再開してほしいです。 この記事を書いたら オーナー様よりテト明けに営業再開と言う嬉しい返信を頂きました。 多分皆んなが再開を楽しみにしているお店だと思いますので頑張って下さい。 私もテト明けの再開を楽しみにしています。 It was a very delicious ramen shop, but due to the influence of the new coronavirus, the city was locked down and the lockdown was released for about half a year, but it has not started business yet.
