函館塩ラーメンで初めて美味しいと思いました

店内は美しく清潔でフレンドリーなスタッフで、ベトナム語、日本語、英語の3か国語をご利用いただけます。 美味しい本格的な日本食。 レストランはピーク時にかなり混雑します。 平日、日曜日の午前11時から24時間まで営業し、22時30分に閉店します。 ラーメンは伝統的な日本料理で、場所はベトナムのヌードルスープとほぼ同じです。 スタッフはとても気配りがあります。 私は本当にそれが好き。 The shop is beautiful, clean, friendly staff, serving 3 languages Vietnamese, Japanese, English. Delicious authentic Japanese food. The restaurant is quite crowded during peak hours. Open from 11am to 24h on weekdays, Sundays, closes at 22:30. Ramen is a traditional Japanese dish, the location is almost equivalent to that of Vietnamese noodle soup. The staff is very attentive. I really like it.

The Japanese cuisine is fresh and super delicious, and the atmosphere is very authentic and comfortable. Prices can add up fast if your group is hungry but it was largely worth it. The beef udon was incredible, as was the salmon sashimi, and especially the skewers - those were the high point of our meal. The sushi roll could have been more tightly rolled but it was also good. We ordered the salmon pot with rice crackers, which was unusual and interesting. Service was fantastic and the only drawback is that there’s smoking inside.

Personally, I like noodles more, the shop only has chicken noodles, soy sauce and salt flavor. Especially here, you can choose the toughness of the noodles and the fatness of the sauce. More or less fat, chewy or soft noodles are served upon request. At noon, the restaurant is a bit crowded but the dishes are served quickly, about 5-10 minutes. If it's grilled chicken it will probably take longer.
