The size of the bread, the crunchy outside, soft inside, the seasoning, honestly everything was amazing. We each agreed it was the best banh mi of our trip. I had the pork sandwich. The bread was fresh and light with a good crust, and the pork was very flavorful. Nothing beats central Vietnam banh mi.

ノートルダム大聖堂とサイゴン中央郵便局のすぐ近くにある、親密で定評のあるレストランです。 レモングラスチキンのスパイシーガーリックソースと牛肉の照り焼きソースがとても楽しかったです。牛肉は口の中でとろけ、野菜はとても新鮮でした！ スパイシーなガーリックソースの豆腐バインミーが美味しかったです。 サイゴン郵便局の横にあるたまり場に最適な場所。 マネージャーはとてもフレンドリーで、スタッフはとても丁寧で気配りがあります。 It's an intimate and well established restaurant and located just within eye shot of the Notre Dame Cathedral and Saigon Central Post Office. I really enjoyed the lemongrass chicken with spicy garlic sauce and the beef with teriyaki sauce - the beef melts in your mouth and the veggies were super fresh! The tofu Banh mi with spicy garlic sauce was delicious. Great place to hangout beside the Saigon Post Office. Manager is very friendly and staff are very polite and attentive.

The bread was so soft on the inside, and crunchy enough on the outside that it tears easily without having to fight it, with lots of pickles, herbs and chilies. The bread knots beef and pork rolls here are incredibly amazing! Wummy... I miss it!
