インスタグラムで偶然お近づきになった情報通の、とある女史から、ご自身もまだ未体験なのだが、この宿は一度行ってみるべし…と推奨された、この「べにや無何有」。地元北陸の地場の食材を、料理長以下総勢五人の厨房スタッフが取り仕切り、1日20組ほどのゲストを贅を尽くした料理でもてなしている。
デザートまで計十品。甲乙つけ難いとは正にこういう時に当てはまるのだろう。毛蟹、胡瓜のスープ、白和、お造り、烏賊ソーメン、富山産の鮎、野菜の煮物、能戸牛ステーキ…どれも絶品。
敢えて言うなら、鮑と栄螺の炊き込みご飯だろうか。従業員の方も、蓋を開けて香りを嗅いだ瞬間、思わず私も頂きたくなりました…と、微笑ましく語って下さった。来月からは、のど黒に変わると聞いた。また、食べにいらして下さいと、水を向けられたが、そうそう繁く足を運んでもいられない。一年に一度、大事な時にお邪魔するのだろうか。
最後に、素晴らしかったのは、食事だけでなく、温泉♨️、ファシリティ、接客…どれもが超一流。正に、至高の宿と呼ぶに相応しい格であったことを申し添えて終わりたい。本当にお世話になりました。また寄らせて頂きます。
