私、寿司が大好きな者で日々どこか気になるところはないかと新店を中心に探しているんです。
その中でも以前から気になっていた鮨 洋さんへランチ。
私は鮨屋のおまかせだけでは足りないので、必ず追加します。その旨は予約時に必ず伝えます。今回も伝えていて、結構追加させて頂きました。
初手の赤身が美味い!隠し包丁の意味や漬け地との調和がお見事です!来て良かったと赤身だけで思いました。
追加で頂いたあん肝の煮付けもかなり美味しかったです。
写真撮るのを忘れちゃったのですが、ねぎトロたくの手巻き美味しかった!ネギが入るトロたくはここのスペシャリ
テでも良いと思いました。次来た時も食べたいもんな〜。
あと大将の接客も素敵ですね!笑顔だし、声通るし、良く見えてるしカウンターに立つ人のお手本のような方です。
またお気に入りのお鮨屋さんに出会えて幸せです。
